(1) Bingo Hall shall promote the Live Play Bingo app as part of its bingo program, encouraging players to download and install the app and continue earning rewards within the app, framing it as a loyalty program.

(2) Live Play Mobile will provide Bingo Hall with the following:​

     (a)  A unique trackable download link or QR code (the “Tracking Link”) for players to use to download the Live Play Bingo app;

     (b)  promotional materials and upcoming product features to aid in effective promotion;

     (c) branded promotional items such as logos, banners, flyers, messaging, and digital content to support on-site promotions; and

     (d) A system within the Live Play Bingo mobile app to deliver virtual coupons to Bingo Hall players/patrons.

(3)  From time to time, Live Play Mobile may invite Bingo Hall to roadshow meet-and-greets and other promotional events and/or arrange news and PR coverage featuring Bingo Hall to highlight the business relationship with Live Play Mobile and promotional events and for celebrity hosts to visit Bingo Hall’s premises to enhance promotional Activities. Bingo Hall agrees to cooperate with Live Play Mobile’s representatives and facilitate these promotions effectively.

(4) Bingo Hall shall promote downloads of the Live Play Bingo app using the Tracking Link using the following methods:​​

     (a) In person, on the premises of the bingo hall, verbally, using signage, and by distributing flyers and other marketing materials;​

     (b) On Bingo Hall’s website and social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X;​

     (c) Via email lists and other marketing channels managed by Bingo Hall; and​

     (d)    acting as a brand ambassador, prominently displaying Live Play Bingo branding and materials on the premises and during special events.
 

(5) Bingo Hall shall adhere to brand guidelines provided by Live Play Mobile, and Live Play Mobile may monitor Bingo Hall’s performance of the Activities for compliance with such guidelines and the terms of the Agreement.

(6) For each verified download of the Live Play Bingo app associated with Tracking Link, Live Play Mobile will provide the user with a virtual, in-app coupon to be redeemed from Bingo Hall for $5 of on-site free play (e.g., 5 pull tabs or 5 bingo cards), as agreed by the Parties. In addition, each time a user hits certain level-up thresholds within the Live Play Bingo app, they will receive an additional virtual coupon to be redeemed from Bingo Hall for additional free play at the venue, as agreed by the Parties in advance.​

(7)  After the close of each calendar month, Bingo Hall shall invoice Live Play Mobile for all coupons redeemed by users during the month, and Live Play Mobile will pay such Fees in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
