NO PUCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS. OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) MEETING THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA SET FORTH IN THESE RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET TO ENTER.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.  Please read these Rules before entering the Sweepstakes.  Failure to comply with these Rules may (in the sole discretion of Sponsor result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. You must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the rules regarding participation as set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Promotion Dates

1. ​Live Play Bingo Collection Bonanza Grand Raffle Event (the “Sweepstakes”) shall run from March 6, 2023 to March 10, 2023.

2. Live Play Mobile reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason without notice.

3. Upon termination of the Sweepstakes promotion, all eligible winners who have won and claimed prizes shall be awarded their prizes in line with the rules described below.

Sweepstakes Eligibility

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2. Participants of the Sweepstakes must be a legal resident and 21 years of age or older to participate and must have a free Player Account with Live Play Mobile (an account in the Live Play Bingo app, which is free to download). Employees of Live Play Mobile and its affiliates,  and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are excluded from entry.

3. A valid government or state issued photo ID is required to verify age, identity, and eligibility.

4. Sweepstakes entrants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec). Void where prohibited.

5. Prizes must be claimed. When a winner is announced, that winner must claim prize by contacting support@liveplaymobile.com via the Live Play Bingo app to validate their account ID and provide a valid email address for electronic prize delivery.

6. Unclaimed prizes will be void seven (7) days after prize drawing.

Sweepstakes Prizes

1. Ten winners will be drawn at random, and the prizes awarded shall be:

   1. Ten (10) separate prizes of Branded Merchandise, or various alternative prizes of similar value. No cash value alternative is offered.

   2. Five (5) separate rewards of 1,000 Live Play Bingo Credits (of zero cash value), which will be credited to the winners' Live Play Bingo account.​

Sweepstakes Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter the Sweepstakes, players must login to the Live Play Bingo mobile app and complete the Underwater Collection during the week of the Sweepstakes. All players of Live Play Bingo are awarded free bingo credits every day, so participation in one round of bingo (which requires one bingo credit) is free to all players.

   1. Players must login to Live Play Bingo using either Facebook, iTunes, or Google Play in order to be registered. Guest players (unregistered) will not be eligible to win.

2. To complete the Springtime Collection, players must play rounds of bingo on March 20th, March 21st, March 22nd or March 23rd. During those days a collection item from the Springtime Collection may land on a player's bingo card. Tapping on the collection item will collect that item and add it to the players' collection. When all ten collection items are collected, the player has completed the collection and is entered into the Sweepstakes.

3. Each time a player completes the collection, they are entered into the prize drawing. For completing the regular collection players are awarded 1 entry. For completing a silver collection, the players is awarded 3 entries. For completing the gold collection, a player is awarded 5 entries. Maximum entries per person Sweepstakes is twelve (12) entries.

4. The Springtime Collection event will end at midnight on Thursday March 23rd at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Any collections completed after this time will not be entered into the Sweepstakes and will not be eligible.

5. On March 24, 2023, all Live Play Bingo player names who successful entered the Sweepstakes (all players who completed their collections) will be entered into the prize drawing

6. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Participants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

7. Each participant can win no more than one (1) prize from the Sweepstakes drawing.

8. Any data collected will be governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Drawing:

   1. A prize draw awards show will be held at 5pm-6pm Pacific Time in the Live Play Bingo app.

      1. Ten winning players will be drawn at random live during the one hour prize draw awards show .

      2. Each winning player drawn, will win one of the Ten Branded Merchandise Packs

      3. Five of the Ten winners drawn will also win 1,000 Live Play Bingo Credits (of no monetary value) 

      4. Winners will be announced in the Live Play Bingo app live during the show or via email by Live Play Bingo customer support team. Winner lists will be published on Live Play Mobile social media pages.

      5. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

      6. Live Play Mobile reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10. Participants agree that Live Play Mobile Inc., any of its respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries has the right to reproduce, print, publish or disseminate in any medium, the participants’ picture, likeness, name, voice, and biographical material for purpose of news, advertising and/or promotion without any additional compensation unless restricted by applicable law.

11. Determination of valid entry & play will be at the sole discretion of Live Play Mobile.

12. Sweepstakes winnings are non-transferable between participants.

13. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable state, federal or other applicable income taxes on the value of the prize and winners shall provide Live Play Mobile with all information reasonably requested by Live Play Mobile in connection with local, state and federal tax reporting.

14. Live Play Mobile reserves the right to disqualify any person at any time, for any reason, without notice. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will remain un-awarded.

15. In the event any party challenges a term or provision of these Rules, the party hereby expressly waives any and all opportunities to recover any amount or collect any prize from Sponsor relating to this Sweepstakes or otherwise.

16. Release: By entering this promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless, Live Play Mobile, the prize sponsor, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or inability to participate in the drawing or receipt or use of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. Limitations of Liability: Live Play Mobile is not responsible for: (i) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (ii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotions or the processing of entries or announcement of the prizes or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from guest participation in the promotion. In addition, Live Play Mobile is not responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; a participant’s failure to receive prize notices due to participant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a participant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in Live Play Mobile’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Live Play Mobile reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by Live Play Mobile. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning participant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

18. Participants who fail to comply with any promotion rule, Live Play Mobile Terms of Service, applicable law, or are subsequently determined to have violated any of these rules, will be disqualified.

19. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules and the decisions of Live Play Mobile.

20. Participant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Participant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California and such suit, action or proceeding shall be on an individual basis, and participants agrees and understands that no class actions are permitted.

21. If there is a dispute about the identity of a participant, only the entry of the authorized email account holder at the time of submission will be accepted. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email by an email provider whose email service is used to participate in this Sweepstakes. Each participant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized email account holder of the email account associated with the winning entry. You must have a valid email account to receive prize notifications and prize delivery.

22. You agree that these Rules are severable. If any term or provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that term or provision will not affect the remainder of these Rules. These Rules will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make these Rules enforceable, valid and, to the maximum extent possible, consistent with applicable law and consistent with the original intention of the parties; and the remaining terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect. If any provision of these Rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, Sponsor will amend or replace such provision with one that is valid and enforceable, and which achieves, to the extent possible, the original objectives and intent of Sponsor as reflected in the original provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Rules, which will remain in full force and effect.

23. Neither Amazon.com, Apple or Google are sponsors of this promotion. You release Amazon.com, Apple and Google from any and all liability associated in any way with this Sweepstakes.

24. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winners’ name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Live Play Mobile, Inc. 2140 S. Dupont Highway, Camden, Delaware 19934. Requests must be received no later than 30 days following the applicable one-day Sweepstakes.
